Although I do not like the cold, I decided I was being a bit selfish and I bundled myself up to take the kids outside to play. Okay, so I only lasted about 20 minutes, but at least I got out there. The funny thing is, Arianna was the one demanding to go back inside because she said she was too cold!

Let it Snow (or not)
Each year as winter approaches, I become increasingly saddened and agitated at the thought of shorter days and longer nights. This winter season was no exception. I have never been a fan of the chilly months and although I am a girl from Maine, I really just despise cold. I was just thinking the other day of how this winter has not been that bad. I was actually starting to see a glimmer of hope and that the finish line of winter was in sight. I should know better as to not think such positive thoughts because the next day there was a snowstorm. Today it is still snowing and tomorrows outlook is - you know it - snow!
